Peeled Prawn Summer Salad
This cool and refreshing salad is perfect for summer days and great addition to lunch, a picnic or BBQ.
- 1 pack Wild Cooked North Atlantic Peeled Prawns
- 60g wild rocket salad
- 120g mixed leaf salad
- Smoked cheese slices
- 3 tablespoons Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cut 3 smoked cheese slices roughly into smaller pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together in to a large salad bowl.
