Garlic Butter Pan-Fried Pink Prawns

Serves 1-2 people



  1. In a skillet, melt the butter. Add in the oil and a large pinch of salt. 
  2. Add in the prawns with the garlic and fry over high heat. 
  3. Use a spoon to pour the butter over the prawns and stir. 
  4. Cook until the prawns turn pink.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges.
