Garlic Butter Pan-Fried Pink Prawns
Serves 1-2 people
- 1 pack Wild Whole Argentinian Pink Prawns
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp sunflower oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon
- Coarse sea salt
- In a skillet, melt the butter. Add in the oil and a large pinch of salt.
- Add in the prawns with the garlic and fry over high heat.
- Use a spoon to pour the butter over the prawns and stir.
- Cook until the prawns turn pink.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges.
