Responsibly caught and frozen-at-sea to retain its freshness, this yellowfin tuna saku is both premium quality and sustainable. Fully trimmed with the blood and skin already removed, it's also incredibly versatile. The saku block is commonly thinly sliced as part of a sushi dish, but similarly delicious seared or grilled.
