Wild-caught from West Africa, these jumbo prawns are the biggest you can find. Frozen-at-sea shortly after catch, their quality is unrivalled, meaning they taste as good as they look! They are best cooked with head and shell to retain their beautiful natural flavour and protect the meat from overcooking.
