Where can I collect my order?

You can collect your order from Unit 4, Chancerygate Business Centre, South Ruislip, HA4 0JA.

A designated parking space is available if unoccupied. On arrival, look for the HOOK'D COLLECTION signage and follow the instructions.

How do I place an order for collection?

All orders must be placed and paid for online. Select “Store Pickup” at checkout and leave the default shipping address set to our store location unchanged.

Please note: no delivery will be arranged for orders placed using the Store Pickup option.

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value for Store Pickup is £30 after any discounts have been applied.

When can I collect my order?

Orders placed before 9am can be collected from the next available collection day at the earliest.

What do I need to bring?

Please have your order confirmation email and order number ready when collecting your order. An identity check may also be required.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be properly packed and kept in the chiller or freezer until collection.

Insulated packaging and ice packs are not provided for Store Pickup orders. You are welcome to bring your own insulated bag to help keep your order cold during your journey home.
