Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Options & Rates

Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout on orders over £55.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 10am on a working day will be dispatched the same day; orders placed after 10am or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day. As our products are fresh and perishable, sometimes we may need to wait for a delivery to arrive before dispatching your order, which can impact shipping times. To ensure your products are safe — especially if you are ordering sushi-grade seafood — we freeze your products to -60°C before shipping. To ensure they arrive in perfect condition, we take extra care to pack your order with appropriate insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain quality during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DPD tracking number. You can track your delivery via the DPD website.

Delivery Attempts

DPD will make one delivery attempt. If you are not available, they will leave a calling card and you can rearrange delivery or collect from a local DPD Pickup point. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order.

Packaging

All orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep your seafood fresh during transit. Please refrigerate or freeze your order immediately upon receipt.

Issues with Your Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date enquiries@hookdseafood.com. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept claims made after this window.
