A deep-sea fish wild-caught in Canadian waters, black cod is famous for its white, flaky flesh and sweet, buttery flavor. The fish is frozen-at-sea just moments after being caught, allowing it to retain its freshness and high quality. Considered a delicacy in many countries, this fish is most popular marinated in miso, inspired by the world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
