Omakase means 'I leave it up to you' in Japanese, and it's how diners at the best sushi counters hand the choice to the chef. Our Omakase Sushi Box works the same way. Each box is thoughtfully composed from a rotating selection of the day's most exceptional finds, chosen by our team. You'll always receive tuna, salmon and prawn, plus a surprise selection of other cuts and ingredients, with enough fish and shellfish for 4 people (and a few surprises too).

Good to know

As this is an omakase box, we can't guarantee the exact ingredients or quantities you'll receive; that's part of the experience. The image shows the kind of meal you could make with our selection plus a few store-cupboard ingredients. This order takes extra time to pick, so please don't order if you need it in a hurry.

How to enjoy it

Defrost everything in the fridge and serve on the day. Experiment with sashimi, nigiri, hand rolls or a chirashi bowl, where everything is scattered over sushi rice. Like all omakase, this is about experimentation and indulgence.

Prepared to restaurant standards

All our sushi-ready fish is ready to eat and prepared in our BRCGS-certified plant, by the same team and with the same care we use for leading restaurants and quick-service restaurant chains. Our site uses ozonated water, an environmentally friendly method of disinfection, and all fish is frozen before shipping for maximum safety.

Delivery & storage

All our seafood is frozen to lock in quality from sea to doorstep. Keep frozen until needed and defrost in the fridge before serving. Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours and don't refreeze. Free delivery Tuesday to Friday on orders over £75, or collect from us if you're near South Ruislip.
