Patagonian toothfish, otherwise known as Chilean seabass, is a luxury item sustainably caught in the Reunion Islands. Frozen-at-sea shortly after being caught, the quality of this fish is superb. With a delicate, flaky texture and pure white colour, its flesh is very meaty, making it ideal for pan-frying or grilling. With its succulent natural flavour, we recommend a lighter marinade.
