Our Large Seabream Fillets are a beautifully delicate, restaurant-quality fish option to enjoy at home. With a mild, sweet flavour and soft, flaky texture, seabream is one of the most versatile white fish choices and is perfect for quick midweek meals, a lighter weekend dinner, or summer BBQ cooking.
These fillets are ideal simply pan-fried with olive oil, lemon and herbs, or baked with garlic, tomatoes and Mediterranean vegetables. In warmer months, they can also be cooked on the BBQ using a fish holder or fish basket, which helps keep the fillets intact while giving them a lovely smoky finish.
