Known as the King of Yellowtail, the hiramasa kingfish is sustainably caught and raised in the icy, pristine waters of the Spencer Gulf. With firm but delicate flesh combined with a rich natural oil content, Japanese sushi masters consider this kingfish to be 'the best fish in the world for sashimi.' Its ability to take on various flavours makes the hiramasa exceptionally versatile; it is also great for grilling or pan-frying. Portions are available in two sizes, with the larger suitable to be shared between two people.
