How to prepare

Defrosting instructions are included in the box. Slice the fish with your sharpest knife, using one long stroke per cut, and serve as sashimi, nigiri or rolls. From your store cupboard you'll need sushi rice, rice vinegar, nori, soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.

Prepared to restaurant standards

All our sushi-ready fish is ready to eat and prepared in our BRCGS-certified plant, by the same team and with the same care we use for leading restaurants and quick-service restaurant chains. Our site uses ozonated water, an environmentally friendly method of disinfection, and all fish is frozen before shipping for maximum safety.

Delivery & storage

All our seafood is frozen to lock in quality from sea to doorstep. Keep frozen until needed and defrost in the fridge before serving. Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours and don't refreeze. Free delivery Tuesday to Friday on orders over £75, or collect from us if you're near South Ruislip.

FAQs

Is the fish safe to eat raw?
Yes. Every item is prepared to our sushi standard, the same we use for restaurant customers, and frozen before shipping.

How much sushi rice will I need?
As a guide, allow about 75g of uncooked sushi rice per person for a mix of nigiri and rolls.
